Wintersemester in Präsenz mit 3G-Regel

 3G-Regel Wintersemester 2021-2022

RWU

After three semesters completed online, the upcoming winter semester will again take place predominantly in presence. The following general conditions and rules apply to courses at RWU:

  • The majority of courses are scheduled to be taken in presence. All courses of the winter semester are entered in the LSF and the planned mode of execution - whether online or face-to-face - can be seen there. First semester students who currently do not have access to the LSF will be informed in detail about the semester plans during the introduction days starting on October 4.
  • A prerequisite for participation in attendance events is compliance with the 3G rule (vaccinated, recovered or tested). This applies to all students, professors, lecturers, employees who participate in teaching and laboratory events of the study programme that are scheduled in the LSF. This does not apply to office activities of RWU employees. The university is obliged to check the 3G evidence within the framework of the courses. The implementation of the verification is planned on the basis of random samples by an external service provider.
  • The test evidence (rapid test or PCR test) must not be older than 72 hours. Self-tests are not recognised.
  • Masks (medical or FFP2 masks) are mandatory on the university campus and in the lectures. This will make it possible to fill the lecture halls without a distance rule. Lecturers and students giving a presentation are not required to wear a mask if they maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 meters. Outdoors, a mask requirement only applies if the minimum distance of 1.5 meters cannot be reliably maintained.
  • For contact tracking purposes, students are required to log in via the RecoverApp on campus. Appropriate QR codes can be found at all entrances.
  • University buildings are open to university members and university staff.

Any changes to the current rules governing RWU study operations will be communicated as soon as possible.
