Through the waitlist process, prospective students who have not yet been admitted can still apply for available spots. In some degree programs at RWU Ravensburg-Weingarten University, there are still available spots for the upcoming semester, and prospective students who meet the respective admission requirements can still enroll.

Here’s how the waitlist process works at RWU:
Here are the steps to follow if you’re interested in one of the degree programs listed above through the waitlist process and would like to begin your studies at RWU in Weingarten for the upcoming semester.

Contact the RWU Admissions Office by email by the waitlist deadline (see above) at: info@rwu.de
Your email should include:
- Your full name
- Your address and contact information
- The degree program you wish to apply for
- Attachment: Diploma (as proof of eligibility for university admission)
- Attachment: Resume

You will then receive the necessary application forms, further information, and your admission notice via email.

The completed application forms and required documents (transcripts, copy of ID, resume, etc.) must then be submitted in hard copy by mail to RWU in Weingarten within the deadline specified in the admission letter (approx. 2 weeks). Alternatively, feel free to drop them off in person at Student Services during business hours or place them in our mailbox at the main building.

You will then receive further information regarding enrollment and the orientation events via email.
