The Career Center also offers you the opportunity to target your job openings, internships, or project opportunities specifically to our students. Then come to our one-on-one consultation for a professional review of your application materials! From selecting the right documents to crafting compelling wording, we’ll help you present yourself in the best possible light to a future employer and stand out from the crowd.
Or maybe you’re not quite sure yet which position to apply for? We can help with that, too!
Step by step, we’ll create a personalized profile to identify your professional strengths. Do you work well in a team? Do you enjoy being on the go? In what kinds of work environments do you feel most comfortable? Once we’ve figured that out together, we’ll support you in your job search and show you the most effective ways to find open positions.
Future Skills
The “Certificate for the Future” project aims to prepare students as well as possible for the challenges of the modern workplace and to provide them with fundamental, interdisciplinary, and future-oriented knowledge.
This innovative pilot project is funded by the Lake Constance Multinational Region Science Network, coordinated by the University of Konstanz, and involves 25 universities from four countries around Lake Constance with approximately 115,000 students.

WHAT WE OFFER IN THE “ZUKUNFT” CERTIFICATE:
Exclusive access to one of the leading e-learning platforms for professional development. (Period: 2026)
Masterplan offers you six curated learning paths covering various Future Skills. You’ll gain a solid overview of the respective topics while also being able to set your own priorities. This ensures you’re fully prepared to enter the workforce after graduation.
Many organizations and companies use Masterplan’s learning offerings to provide their employees with training on various topics. You now have the opportunity to acquire this knowledge while you’re still in college or shortly after graduation, giving you a demonstrable advantage over other applicants!
Important: With the free Masterplan app, you can also learn on the go, even when you’re not at your desk.
Once you’ve completed at least three learning paths of your choice , you’ll receive a certificate for your work with Masterplan.
