Heating oil store becomes laboratory
RWU's former heating oil storage facility has been converted into a laboratory. Where there used to be space for 80,000 liters of oil, RWU's Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is now working on additive manufacturing.

Together with other partners, RWU is organizing the "Knowledge Cities World Summit 2023", an international conference on climate change and the sustainable transformation of cities and regions.
RWU system accredited again
RWU can develop its study programs independently and thus quickly address requirements of both the labor market and students. The quality assurance systems required for this have just been re-accredited at RWU.
There were no graduation ceremonies between 2020 and 2022. Faculty T did not want to let that stand and invited to the homecoming party.

RWU has updated its mission statements in a participatory process and set ambitious goals. The mission statements are now available in various formats.

The joint project "Traumberuf Professorin Plus" starts into the first round! Women who are interested in a professorship at an HAW or DHBW will be prepared for it in the project through a mentoring and qualification program.
