studies

Starting in the winter semester 2019/2020, it will be possible at the Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences to obtain a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree as well as a degree in an IHK vocational training occupation such as industrial mechanic within four and a half years.

The Bachelor's programme, which integrates training, starts with basic training in the training company. Pure theory semesters at the university in Weingarten then alternate with practical phases in the company. During the phases in the enterprise the studying receive additionally instruction at the Gewerblichen school Ravensburg. 

The IHK training examination takes place in the fifth semester. The Bachelor's thesis, which is written at the university or in cooperation with the training company, concludes the course of study.
