Status updates on the current IT fault

Due to an internal IT malfunction, RWU is currently only accessible to a limited extent. With this information we would like to inform you about the current status and keep you up to date about the respective availability.

NEW: Status updates for employees

For RWU employees there are updates on the current IT disruption. Here you will find information on the affected systems and when they are expected to be available again.

Administrative staff can also simply log in to Moodle with their RWU access data. Using your name and password, you can access the "Status updates on the current IT disruption" course directly via the link above. We update the information there regularly.

For applicants

• Your application will reach us in any case and will be processed by us. The application systems are not affected by the IT disruption.
• However, if you have sent us an inquiry about your application by email, it cannot be delivered at the moment. We are also currently unable to reply to you by e-mail.

For external partners

• RWU is currently not available by e-mail. Incoming inquiries cannot currently be read or answered.
• In urgent cases, please contact us by telephone: RWU personal directory

For students

• The e-mail system for students is not affected by the disruption.
• Professors can be reached via Moodle messages.

The reason for the above restrictions is not an external hacker attack, but an internal technical malfunction.
