In the workshop you will learn how to get closer to the triad of health, motivation and success. Health is the basis for well-being and creativity, and especially in difficult times it is worthwhile to strengthen your mental health. Motivation as a result of our ideas, wishes and goals can be used specifically to achieve success. In this way we can influence what happens in our inner and outer world.
Contents include: Healthy exercise, healthy nutrition, healthy relaxation. Tips for strengthening physical and mental vitality. Managing stress, releasing blockages, thinking and acting constructively. Mental success strategies; using your own values as a source of strength; thinking and communicating constructively, and much more.
