Professor Dr. Thomas Spägele is one of the 20 best university leaders in Germany - selected from over 400 state universities.

RWU can develop its study programs independently and thus quickly address requirements of both the labor market and students. The quality assurance systems required for this have just been re-accredited at RWU.

The University Council and Senate confirm the Rector of Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences in office. Thomas Spägele is thus entering his third term of office until 2028.

At their joint meeting on December 15, the University Council and the University Senate elected Henning Rudewig as Chancellor for a further term of office.
