The Faculty of Technology and Management at RWU bid farewell to its graduates in a festive setting. Numerous guests, including families, friends and lecturers, attended the graduation ceremony and paid tribute to their achievements.
Professor Dr. Andreas Pufall, Dean of Studies at the faculty, led the program. In her welcoming address, Professor Dr Heidi Reichle, Vice-Rector for Didactics, Digitalization and University Communication, emphasized the importance of lifelong learning: "Life means learning. And you have learned a lot over the past few years. Now you are ready to use your knowledge for innovative and constructive solutions."
The Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Nils Hagen, also addressed the graduates with words of appreciation: "Studying like this is more than just acquiring specialist knowledge. You have all also developed your personalities, learned to deal with uncertainty and overcome setbacks. You have taken responsibility for yourselves, and you will also take responsibility for others and society in the future. We are proud of you!"
The focus of the ceremony was the ceremonial presentation of certificates to the graduates. In addition, the deans of studies of the individual degree programs presented awards to the best graduates of the year:
- Jonas Rebstein, Bachelor of Business Administration and Management
- Lars Kosciessa, Bachelor of Physical Engineering
- Maren Engelhardt, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Management
- Maximilian Briegel, Master Advanced Business Management & Innovation
- Julian Heinzmann, Master Technology Management & Optimization
- Philip Minnich, Master International Business Management & Sustainability
This year's Student Council Award went to Lisa-Marie Luik. The Ravensburg duo "Heartcopy" provided the musical backdrop for the event, lending the celebration a special atmosphere.
The event concluded with a joint champagne reception, where graduates, guests and university staff celebrated the successful graduation and engaged in conversation.
