Provide proof of language proficiency

The RWU Language Center—the Center for Languages and Intercultural Communication, or CLIC for short—regularly administers the digital TestDaF as an examination center.

The next opportunity to take the TestDaF at RWU in Weingarten is:

• Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 10 a.m.
• RWU, Building V, Lazarettstraße 1
• Registration: by October 30 at www.testdaf.de
• Fee: 210 euros.

The TestDaF is a standardized language exam that assesses proficiency in German at levels B2 through C1. It is designed for individuals who need to demonstrate language proficiency for academic studies, professional purposes, or for recognition in Germany. The TestDaF certificate is valid indefinitely and is recognized by all colleges and universities in Germany as well as internationally. Furthermore, it is accepted by employers as reliable proof of advanced language proficiency.

The test consists of four sections that assess listening comprehension, reading comprehension, written expression, and oral proficiency. In the digital TestDaF, the tasks are administered via an online interface. The procedure is explained in detail in advance so that participants can prepare thoroughly.
