On October 22, the LAB4DTE Startup Center will host RWU Startup Night 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kulturzentrum Linse e.V. in Weingarten.
The Ideas & Cheers #Startup Night, hosted by the LAB4DTE Startup Center at RWU, will take place on October 22, 2026, at the Kulturzentrum Linse e.V.—free of charge and open to anyone interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and starting a business—whether you want to start your own business, are in the middle of your studies, or are simply curious about how an idea turns into a real company. An evening full of inspiration, honest insights, and the chance to talk with people who have already started their own businesses.
The Ideas & Cheers Startup Night brings exciting personalities from the startup scene right onto the stage.
What can you expect from the evening?
- Talks with Founders: The heart of the evening: Founders share firsthand how they turned their ideas into reality. What worked, and what didn’t? Which decisions changed everything?
- Inspiring Pitches RWU students present their own startup ideas—live on stage. Short, snappy, and bold. Who knows—maybe you’ll be sitting next to the next team of founders that you’ll see in the news a few years from now.
- Networking with Snacks & Drinks After the official program, there will be snacks and drinks—the perfect opportunity to strike up a conversation with founders, students, and other guests.
