In the summer of 2026, RWU Ravensburg-Weingarten University hosted its first international summer school. Under the title “ELEVATE Energy – International Summer School on Sustainable Systems,” students from RWU and partner universities in Poland, Turkey, France, and Thailand came together.
For one week, they explored current issues related to renewable energy, energy storage, and sustainable energy systems. In addition to technical topics, the program focused on intercultural exchange as well as social and democracy-building perspectives on the global energy and mobility transition.
