Due to an internal IT malfunction, RWU is currently only accessible to a limited extent. With this information we would like to inform you about the current status and keep you up to date on the respective availability.
For applicants
- Your application will reach us in any case and will be processed by us. The application systems are not affected by the IT disruption.
- However, if you have sent us an inquiry about your application by e-mail, it cannot be delivered at the moment. We are also currently unable to reply to you by e-mail.

For external partners
- RWU is currently not available by e-mail. Incoming inquiries cannot currently be read or answered.

For students
- The e-mail system for students is not affected by the disruption.
- Professors can be reached via Moodle messages.
For employees
- The file servers are expected to be available again in the course of the day (16.12.2025).
- It is not yet possible to say with certainty when Outlook will be fully operational again.
The reason for the above-mentioned restrictions is not an external hacker attack, but an internal technical fault.
