The French Consul General, Gael de Maisonneuve, paid a visit to Weingarten last Tuesday together with the Science and University Attaché of the French Embassy for Southern Germany, Emmanuel Delille. In addition to a reception in the town hall with Lord Mayor Clemens Moll and an entry in the town's Golden Book, the main focus of the visit program was on talks about expanding Franco-German academic cooperation at RWU.
