Studying at RWU brings many wonderful moments and events. Sometimes, however, you are faced with challenges that are not so easy to overcome. This is where we, from the Central Student Advisory Service, are happy to assist you.
The Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) accompanies and supports you during your studies. The goal of a counseling session is to find solutions that suit you and your situation and help you to develop.
Occasions can be, among others
- Stressful situation during your studies
- Health problems
- Desire for a change of university or study program
- Learning and examination difficulties
- Impending exmatriculation
- Decision between Master's degree and career entry
- and much more.
How does the Central Student Advisory Service advise?
The Central Student Advisory Service will be happy to advise you by phone, online or in person . Just as you feel comfortable.

For complex concerns, you can also make use of several counseling appointments.
The advice provided by the Central Student Advisory Service is strictly confidential, anonymous if desired, independent of the university, voluntary and open-ended.
You and your concerns are the focus of the counseling!
