The RWU Startup Centre and the renowned Stiftung Entrepreneurship from Berlin jointly organised a dynamic two-day workshop that inspired more than 20 students from different disciplines. The workshop, which took place from 9 June to 10 June 2023, provided a unique platform for idea development, personality reflection and entrepreneurship promotion.

Professor Dr Günther Faltin, founder of the Entrepreneurship Foundation, opened the workshop and presented his innovative approaches to founding, which form the basis for the foundation. Under the expert moderation of Florian Komm, the Foundation's Entrepreneurial Design expert, the participants enjoyed an inspiring and interactive experience.

The culmination on Friday was an evening event where successful founders and RWU alumni shared their personal start-up experiences and the challenges they encountered along the way. These authentic stories gave the participants valuable insights into entrepreneurship and inspired them to follow their own path. "The workshop gave us the opportunity to develop ideas and discover our start-up potential," said Emil Kastler, Internet and Online Marketing student and workshop participant. "It was incredibly motivating how engaged and creative all participants were."

The RWU Startup Centre and the Entrepreneurship Foundation are looking forward to the successful outcome of the workshop and to further joint projects in the future to further strengthen the startup community and drive innovative ideas forward. For example, an excursion to the Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin is planned for October.
