News at the RWU

Under the motto Languages 'R' Us, CLIC took part in a meeting for developments in university language teaching at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.

During an excursion as part of the "Future Science University" (FSU) project, the participants gained exciting insights into a university model that consistently focuses on project-oriented work. Particularly impressive was the clear structural anchoring of Problem-Based and Project-Oriented Learning (PBL/POL) and the question of what German universities can learn from it.

A total of 60 students from Turkey visited RWU to find out about study options and career opportunities in the Upper Swabia region. In addition to campus tours and counseling sessions, the main focus was on direct exchange with students.

Language learning only comes alive through cultural experiences. That's why lecturer Julia Ongherth took the students of her C1.1 seminar to the Ravensburg Concert Hall.
