Biography:

Studies of business administration at the University of Munich, where he received his diploma and doctorate; habilitation at the University of Rostock. Professional background: University assistant, advisor for local transport issues at the Bavarian State Ministry of Economics, Transport and Technology, lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Saxon Administration Meißen, professor for general business administration, human resources management, public & nonprofit management at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences. Several years as library representative and dean of the business administration and management program. Currently member of the university council. Various honorary positions. Photographic artist with own exhibitions.
